Who are we?
We are a physical "real world" shop open 5 days a week, customers are welcome to visit us.
Note we never see your card details, we only get confirmation of your payment and address to which to despatch, this helps with your security.
We are able to accept card payments over the phone. 01509 415594

We are open 9am to 6.30pm Tues, Weds,Thurs, Fri,
Closed Mondays and Sunday (we are unable to respond to emails or telephone calls on these days)
and open 9am to 4pm Saturdays
We are Data Protection act registered, we never sell your details .
We never see any of your card details, only receiving notification that you have paid.
Should you wish your details deleting from our system please advise and we will oblige.
We see your delivery details and as required will pass these onto a courier when needed ( usually Parcelforce who will have their own data protection staement).
We only send out order update emails as required in respect to your order, we hate spam as much as anyone else so do not send a contan barage of sales emaisl.
Distance Selling Laws.
Under "Distance Selling" laws you have the right to return undamaged/unused goods within 14 days of delivery. PLEASE NOTE , this law dos not apply to perishable goods including dog and cat foods.
We cannot accept returns of dog and cat food, except where it is an incorrect delivery and the product is unopened, or there is a defect with the product.
We are committed to giving you the best possible product at the best possible price with excellent service.
Any pet food product purchased from us that is found to be damaged in transit or is not the product actually ordered then please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Should a product be found to be faulty then please contact us within 14 working days with details of product and batch number and return the product to us including all packaging and we will investigate and either refund or replace the product.
If you have any questions regarding our food or delivery terms then please contact us first as once an order has been placed then unfortunately this cannot be changed. All orders made before 12 noon on Monday to Friday will be processed that day.
Under distance selling laws dog/car foods are classed as perishable goods and as such cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
We retain the right to refuse refunds on products that aren’t in saleable condition, or outside of our 14 day returns period, a period which only applies to goods damaged in transit and signed for as such, faulty goods, or goods sent by us by mistake.
Once anyreturned product has been received and checked and found that it is in an un-used and saleable condition then a full refund of the original order cost will be made minus the cost of return delivery.
We do not despatch on Saturdays or the day before a bank holiday and obviously we do not despatch on bank holidays or Sundays.
Refunds. Any refunds made will not necessarily be by the same method as the original payment. This is at our discretion.
